I tried to email to Bakhtiar at the provided email adr. in contact section, but it did not work. Email adr. is wrong. So I decided to post my mail here for an open discussion..... eventhough this forum seem to be dead.

I visited the site Pakistan Thinker's Forum recently and was happy to see other people thinking the same way, as I do. I have been thinking of setting up a kind of think-tank bringing to together the brightest pakistanis both in Pakistan and Overseas to discuss matters related to Pakistan and initiate projects or write strategic suggestions for people, who are in authority. But such a forum must be independent.

I suggest, that you do a "facelift" for the website and enhance the "forum" feature...then we can launch a campaign to recruit bright people. Would you discuss it with your friends?

I think, we should focus at the heart of the problem - which is leadership. We should aim towards spreading the philosphy of Alama Iqbal and other great Islamic thinkers. We should study the (Islamic) leaders of past and put forward the information and inspiration to potential leaders. We should focus toward the young people. We should not live in history, but we should learn from it and rise up like phoenix. I think, it is at time we do our best to save our country.

I am open for a discussion about how to do, achieve and affect...
