In these late December nights When it is freezing cold As I turn and stretch in my warm bed My thoughts go out to the homeless millions Of the global human fraternity The pavement paupers who shiver in the cold Ill-Clad, shoeless, shelterless The Starving Wretched of the Earth While all the The capitalistic super-duper big pouters of the world Are busy warmongering and terrorizing The ever-exploited impoverished, marginalized masses! It is not enough for the Peace-Makers To sigh and shed heart-break tears: Now is the time for them to rise unitedly Against the foul-failed global systems and Their misleader managers who leave humanity in the lurch: Heeding the clarion call of current corrosive history They must strive soulfully, spiritedly To cocreate a Just Future of evengelised equality In the Perpetuity of Peace Right here on Earth! That is the true Meaning of Christmas The Message of the Prince of Peace The Prophet of Peace Jesus Christ!
